The role of Ops manager is an integral part of the Souly Business retreat and requires a great deal of attention to the operations and minute-to-minute schedule of the weekend.

We encourage you to enter this role with a servant heart and a love for the men you will serve. Please be prepared for the weekend spiritually and work-wise, so that you are present and are ready for what the Lord may want to do through you.
